Перед тем, как продолжать публиковать аккорды к песням, решил ещё раз вернуться к теме расшифровки текстов. Думаю, лучше всего будет опубликовать здесь тексты всех песен ещё раз с указанием вносимых изменений. Для примерно половины всех песен теперь есть вариант текста, который можно считать "официальным" - тот, что опубликован на официальном сайте. Оставшаяся половина есть в этой теме, но в "разобранном" состоянии, и лучше их ещё раз свести воедино. Этим и займусь в ближайшее время.

Отдельная история со строчкой

Holding back on my loathsome lies

На официальном сайте оставлен именно такой вариант, да и по смыслу он правильный, хотя в песне совершенно определённо слышится lonesome, а не loathsome. Но у Secret Service бывают места, когда в вокале глотаются какие-нибудь звуки или наоборот, появляются несуществующие. Так что, думаю, в данном случае стоит полагаться на официальную версию.

Возможно, там должно быть именно mama's eyes, и по смыслу это подходит чуть больше - но вот произношение говорит об обратном. Впрочем, иногда стоит руководствоваться принципом "не верь ушам своим", так что вопрос по-прежнему открыт.

1. В строку Starting up facing {claims/crimes} all alone, я предлагаю вариант crimes вместо claims. Не знаю, как насчёт смысла, а по транскрипции он точно подходит больше.

2. Crossing a river again. Если это и again, то очень странно произнесённое.

3. На пустое место вроде бы подобрался приемлемый вариант:

4. {I/And} put in my case together . В начале, мне кажется, I.

Текст существовал только в черновике. Первый куплет я поправил и, думаю, там получилось более менее правильно. Во втором же куплете очень много неразборчивых мест (выделены красным). В строке {Heartbeat is wrong} and {I} wonder how (во второй её части) I обязательно должно быть по смыслу, но я его там улавливаю с большим трудом.

1. Строка One smile, I know {your hot} news была помечена как нуждающаяся в доработке. Оставил этот вариант, потому что по транскрипции он подходит достаточно точно.

2. Заменил:

I'm living cause we my darling are together ->
Only because we my darling are together


Small talk round sweet detecting ->
Small talk round sweet {get betting}


3. Добавил трудноразбираемую строчку в конце:

Scandals are spreading my darling over feather

Немного сомневаюсь насчёт spreading. В этом месте бэк-вокал поёт (почему-то) Only because we my darling all together, и если мысленно отделить в этом наложении одного от другого, то вроде бы всё совпадает.

Судя по количеству красного, текст нуждается в большой доработке.

1. I gotta get {to have} start to get into your heart

По произношению, наверное, получше будет вариант I have, но тогда это уже просто набор слов, а не предложение. Вариант to have, впрочем, ненамного лучше - как-то с трудом представляется, что в песне могли использовать такую навороченную конструкцию. Ради смеха: у меня был ещё вариант I've got a gat to have start... ("у меня есть револьвер"), и это даже неплохо сочетается со строчкой Look what I've got in my hands...

2. Строки

Second-best {ain’t} just {as worth / a scrap}
Coming third - {greet ‘em} worst


при внимательном прослушивании дают огромное количество вариантов, но ни один из них не удовлетворяет смыслу. Оставил то, что ближе по произношению, хотя это бессмыслица.

3. {There was summerset}

Наверное, самая загадочная строка в песне. Она повторяется два раза и явно нужна для обретения понимания всего смысла песни. Пока что возникали самые разные варианты - от There was a song they said до There was Andersen - но нужного варианта по-прежнему нет.

4. Would never ever {wait to} glance

По транскрипции, кстати, лучше wait your glance, но это заведомо неправильно.

5. So don’t try to fix {that lane}

Тоже слегка спорно...
